Hi Miss Takeshi,
Today, I would have to make a good choice one phone from the 2 models that were posted by our Miss Takeshi. So, I have to choose either Sony Ericsson C905 or my Nokia N96.
Before we begin, we should make one thing clear. Right from the very start we knew that designwise Nokia N96 is just a bigger version of the N81. We also know there are many of you out there who really like this design concept. We will just say this - our spite against this latest N-series styling is probably the only thing that our editorial team is unanimous about. We've seen better from Nokia and we'd be the first to cheer their decision to ditch it in the backyard.

The camera knob scrapes against the sides of its cleft and the distinct clack is our least concern. With this shutter key there's almost no distinct half press. It is quite a challenge to lock focus and then take a photo without shaking or even dropping the phone. We can't even imagine what went wrong with this particular button.
Opening the battery cover is done by pressing the latch at the top and gently lifting - this time Nokia have done well. Under the hood lies the 950 mAh Li-Ion BL-5F battery.
Battery life was one of the most troublesome aspects of the original Nokia N95 and, after the 1200 mAh BL-6F upgrade in the 8GB version, we almost cannot believe Nokia went back to it.

The 5 megapixel camera lens at the back is complemented by dual-LED flash and the kickstand we already mentioned. It is quite a nice solution indeed though the fragile piece of plastic should probably be handled with care. The rear, much like the front, is all plastic but definitely looks better. Subdued gloss and neat wave-like patterns do give the handset some of the conservative style its price tag deserves. There's no protection for the camera lens, either. It is not even sunk a millimeter as on Nokia N95 8GB.

Finally,i would like to choose Nokia N96 because
this phone is great, the display, the design, the sound quality, the features and the storage have a good function and fulfill all my needs.

My Best Friend..

MY BEST FRIEND

Whenever I hear anyone talking about his or her best friend, I always think of Seng Lee. I first met him in primary school. It was my first day of school and I was a bit upset. My mother took me into class and told me where to sit. She gave me some last minute instructions and then told me she would pick me up after the school. As I saw her walking away, I felt lost and alone. Tears started gathering in my eyes and rolled down on my cheeks.

“Don’t cry! I will be your friend!” I heard a soft voice beside me. It was from Chinese boy with short, spiky hair and gentle eyes. Seng lee was the kindest person I ever knew in school. He loved helping people and always had a sympathetic ear for anyone who was in trouble. From our first meeting we know each other that we had so many things in common. We were an odd looking pair, always walking around together. It was just those physicals we were opposites so I guess that is why even the teachers used to smile whenever they saw us together. Seng Lee was very small, thin and frail looking whereas I was tall and towered over him.

Seng Lee made going to school fun for me. He was exceptionally bright and easily understood everything the teachers taught. I, on the other hand, was a little slower and Seng Lee usually explained everything to me again and helped me with my homework. Another unusual thing about Seng Lee was that he was always so cheerful. It sometimes used to irritate me that the rest of us all had off days whereas Seng Lee was never down. Even when he was sick, which was quite often, he still used to smile. When I asked him about it, he would just shrug and say, “Well, I guess I am just thankful to be alive”.

We were classmates until we were in Standard three. Then tragedy was happened. I knew Seng Lee was sickly but I never realized how sick he actually was. One day he was so sick in school that he had to be sent home. He was absent for a week. Then our class teacher came to class and she was crying. We were all was shocked and knew that something bad must have happened to Seng Lee. She told us that Seng Lee had passed away the night before. He had leukemia since he was small and the doctors had tried their best to save him but its still failure. I just couldn’t believe that my smiling, cheerful friend was gone. For a long time afterwards, whenever I was excited, I would turn to tell him the news only to find that he was not there.

Now I am studying at University Technology Mara but I still think of Seng Lee. If you ask me about my best friend I will remember Seng Lee who always was and always will be the best friend I ever had.
